Just like the seasons change as the earth moves around the sun, our lives also have seasons that change as we grow older and pass through different phases of our lives. While we are each aware of those seasons, the change from one season to another can often be difficult and hard to navigate.

Coach Jill Pack helps women of faith make the transition from one season to the next by taking them through a process called the “Pause Principle”. She discusses what this is and how it works on the podcast today.



*So often when we get into the groove of motherhood and the day to day we can become a spectator instead of a participant in our life.

*The Pause Principle:

  1. Pause to Process – take time to acknowledge what you are feeling. This allows you to stop being a victim to your emotions.
  2. Pause to Ponder – ask yourself what you want to create in your life. 
  3. Pause to Protect – evaluate what is your priority. Know what you want to say “yes” and “no” to.

*There is so much power in pausing and taking gmoments to take life in.

*When we are in control of our emotions, that is when the Spirit has room to teach and mold us.

*No season is too late to learn new things and discover new things.

*Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother created us to have joy and there isn’t a timeline on that. There isn’t an end date.
