As a working mom I used to feel guilty all the time for working. I have felt internal and cultural pressure to be a good mom, and I always felt like I was failing since I didn’t have “enough time” for my family, to say nothing of time for myself. Since then I’ve let the guilt go and have learned that I am a great mom. I have a successful career that has included several leadership positions, and I’m pursuing my dreams of being an entrepreneur. Now I help other women lose the mommy guilt for good. They see that success as a mom, success in their career, and achieving their dreams can all be possible without needing to sacrifice one for the other.
